Madra (meaning "dog" in Irish) is an 11-track debut album by Irish indie‑rock band NewDad, released January 26, 2024 via Fair Youth / Atlantic Records. Anchored by Julie Dawson’s ethereal vocals, the album delves into themes of self‑exploration, depression, bullying, self‑sabotage, codependency, destruction, and resistance.
