Everything Is Curly

After setting their sights on punk and metal, Blawan and Pariah are back in their Voam home with some new work under their techno alias Karenn. Everything Is Curly is a round of techno productions coming from left of leftfield, throwing the duo’s sound palette of seismic, weighty rhythms and sizzling, deep fried electronics into a fiery mix of club experimentalism. The constant pummelling pace of ‘From Hunk To Husk’ frames the rubbery friction of buzzing synths, in between tracks with beckoning vocals, sloshing sonics, and hints of angular melody.
